Expedited shipping requests with packages weighing 4 pounds and over are subject to a shipping surcharge. We will contact you in that event and be given the option to pay the additonal shipping charges or change your method of shipping. Any expedited shipping orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

We tell our customers that it can take up to 10 business days from the date an order is placed to it being received on your end. All shipments are originated in Florida and with First class mail it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to reach the end destination.

If you provided us with an email address at the time you placed your order, you will receive an Email Invoice/Order Confirmation. Please check your spam folder, because often our emails aren’t recognized and are placed into the SPAM folder or junk mail folder.

International Shipping

We ship to most other countries. If you don't see your country listed in the shipping rate options, please contact us for more information. Transit time for international orders is usually 2-3 days once the carrier receives the item. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All other international orders are shipped UPS Expedited at our discretion. The U.S. Postal service will not ship our product Internationally. We recognize it is not cheap to ship Internationally but there are restrictions regulating the shipment of hazardous materials and this adds to the cost of shipping our product.
