Our color promise
Factory Color Match Guarantee
We guarantee our touch-up paint will match your car’s original factory paint. Every color is custom mixed using the vehicle manufacturer’s approved color formulation and the factory paint code supplied with your order.
Please check the color match promptly after your order arrives. Product returns and color-match concerns must be reported within 60 days of receipt.
Phone and computer displays cannot reproduce automotive paint accurately. Confirm the paint code directly from the identification label on your vehicle instead of relying on an online swatch.

Color-Match Resolution Process
Do not discard the paint or send the kit back. Start with these three steps so our team can review the order accurately and help resolve the concern.
Verify the Factory Code
Locate the paint-code label on the vehicle and compare that code with the color information on your order.
Gather the Details
Have your order number, vehicle year, make, model, factory paint code, and clear photos ready.

You must receive a return authorization (RA) number from Dr. ColorChip before shipping any product back. Packages sent without authorization may delay the review or return process.

Receive an RA Number
If a return is appropriate, our team will provide the required authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the approved items and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Send the authorized package to the address provided below and retain your tracking information.
