Shipping & Order Tracking
Every paint order is custom mixed and checked before it leaves Dr. ColorChip. Here is what to expect from production through the first carrier scan and final delivery.
From order to delivery
How Your Order Moves
Paint kits are not pulled from a shelf. We formulate and package the paint for your vehicle, then hand the completed shipment to USPS or UPS.
Order Received
Your vehicle, paint-code, product, and shipping details enter our production process.
Paint Mixed & Checked
Our team custom mixes the paint and checks it before packaging the order.
Label Created
You receive a tracking email when the shipping label is generated.
Carrier Scan & Delivery
Tracking begins updating after USPS or UPS scans the package into its network.
The notification confirms that a label was created and the order entered production. Most orders still require approximately 2–3 business days before carrier pickup unless an expedited option was selected.
United States orders
Domestic Shipping Options
USPS Delivery
Standard orders shipping to a United States address are sent through USPS. Signatures are not required for delivery.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the order was placed for the package to arrive.
Priority / Fast Same Day
This option moves the order to the front of production when received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern for the 4:00 p.m. pickup.
It prioritizes processing but does not guarantee one- or two-day delivery.
UPS Next Day & 2nd Day Air
These options combine expedited processing with the selected UPS delivery service. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern are prepared for that day’s pickup whenever possible.
Dr. ColorChip does not ship on weekends or holidays.
Saturday Delivery & Heavy Packages
Call 561-845-6122 for Saturday delivery; an additional charge applies.
Expedited packages weighing four pounds or more may require a surcharge. We will contact you before applying any additional charge.

What Does My Tracking Status Mean?
Outside the continental United States
Canada & International Shipping
International shipping options vary by destination. Authorized regional distributors may provide a faster local option; their websites are linked by country in the footer below.
Canada
Canadian orders ship by UPS Standard. The Canada shipping option is available for $34.95 during checkout.
Other International Destinations
Email sales@drcolorchip.com with your complete shipping address for a quote. International orders shipped from the United States use UPS Expedited.
Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import fees, or destination-country taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
